Shuttles run sunshine or rain, only being held for extreme storms and lightening in the area. Shuttles and riding will resume 30 minutes after severe weather subsides. Flow trails will be closed if it rains and not re-opened until after they are deemed dry enough to prevent serious damage. Singletrack trails will stay open when wet.
Worried about the forecast and do not want to risk it? We do allow for Pass Rainchecks prior to your arrival (given there is a forecast that warrants the need to reschedule), or prior to you choosing to ride for the day if onsite forecast changes. When choosing to prebook you will not be eligible for a day pass refund, but only a Pass Raincheck. Only E-Bike pre-bookings will be eligible for a refund due to inclement weather. If you decide to service your Membership Pass for the day, Pass Rainchecks are only available if it rains in the first 3 hours of operations and keeps operations down for more than 1 hour. Pass Rainchecks do not have an expiration date and have no blackout dates.
Nervous about not getting a refund? Please feel free to buy a pass day of at Headquarters.
