At Jarrod’s Place, our guided tour gives you the opportunity to explore our bike park like a local. Before going out on the mountain we’ll cover several important basics to ensure a fun and safe time. These include:

What is your Cancellation Policy
Need to rebook or cancel without the chance of losing money? All rebooking’s and cancellations are required to be made 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the scheduled booking.

Are there any specific bike requirements?
We strongly recommend a full suspension bike, however a hardtail is still acceptable. Bike must be in safe functioning order. A bike check and safety inspection will be performed before the tour starts.
If you are concerned your bike may not be enough, we always have rentals available! Discounted rate available when booked with a guided tour!
What type of helmet or pads are required?
An approved mountain bike helmet is required. A full-face helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads are suggested. Park HQ has rental full face helmets and pad sets available.
Can a friend join me?
It’s always better riding with friends. Add additional friends to your guided tour for an extra fee. Please contact us prior to or after checking out if wanting to add any additional riders.
